This End User License Agreement (Agreement) is a legal agreement between you (User, you, or your) and Cryptosoft.sg Pte. LTD. (Company, we, our, or us),
governing your use of the Let’s Ramen mobile application (the App). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
Grant Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download,
install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Qingdao Cyanor Innov Co., Ltd. (青岛青橙创新信息科技有限公司) is the distribution service provider for the “Let’s Ramen / 拉面猎人” Android app in China.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the App to any third party.
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its related systems.
3. OWNERSHIP
The App and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership
rights in the App.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The App may allow you to submit, upload, or share content (“User Content”). By doing so, you:
- Grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection
with the App. - Represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload and share the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable
laws.
5. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you
consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. UPDATES
The Company may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App. You agree to promptly install any updates to maintain access to the App. Failure
to install updates may result in reduced functionality or security vulnerabilities.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-
free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that it will meet your expectations.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of
profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the App.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from
your use of the App or your breach of this Agreement.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be
resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Agreement within
the App or notifying you via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or
understandings.
By using the Let’s Ramen App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
